Burd Nest Brewing Company’s goal is to create artfully crafted beer using as many fresh, local ingredients as possible, and creating an experience that will make you want to indulge until the last drop. They have eight beers on tap. The Green Jay is a fairly dry coconut oatmeal stout, while the Mozacca IPA has tons of citrus aromas, featuring mango, stone fruit, passion fruit, and some slight pine notes from the late addition of Azacca hops.
