Brewery ARS is a true garage brewery, albeit a former auto repair garage that’s been spiffed up just a bit. They have nine beers on tap from their rotating roster of 70+ beer creations and determined by the season and the availability of ingredients. Depending on when you stop in, you might score some of the brewery’s Sweet Trepidation imperial stout (brewed with local maple syrup, cocoa nibs, and lactose for a decadent chocolate maple torte taste sensation) or Wayne's Pale Ale (created from Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, providing citrusy sunshine on a cloudy day).
