La Cabra’s brewmaster loves to experiment and has a particular passion for exploring the deep, robust flavors produced by prolonged barrel-aging. Their New England Double IPA, Rocket Botany, is hopped and dry-hopped with El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Simcoe that tingle your taste buds with bright, sticky pine and then mellows you out with kiwi and melon lactose creaminess. Their silky Arthas milk stout is dosed with lactose and Vienna roast coffee and served on nitro, melding notes of bittersweet cocoa and espresso (and is definitely the best part of waking up in the afternoon!).
