It’s the best of two worlds at Eclipse Craft Brewing Company — wonderful-tasting, finely crafted brews and great-tasting, handcrafted pizza made from scratch with fresh local ingredients and all done in-house. You’ll find a nice selection of their beer flowing from the tasting room’s 12 taps, such as their West Coast-style Alien Invasion IPA (crafted from Azacca, Amarillo, and Centennial hops and with aromas of pineapple and apricots) or their Tilted Kilt traditional Scottish ale (with a slight malt backbone and a light bitterness, derived from the East Kent Golding hops). Along with pizza, they serve salads, wraps, soups, bratwurst, and sides.
