Located at the Inn at Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, Arctic Paws Dog Sled Tours is the dog sled training adventure in the Pocono Mountains. You learn to mush a team of six to ten huskies on a groomed trail. Open for dog sledding from December through March. Reservations are made online. You participate in the entire adventure. This is not a ride. It's a learning experience and adventure of a lifetime! Reservations will be open for December 2012 through February 2013 season on December 8, 2012. Dog Snow Sledding reservations are only made online. Payment the day of the tour is by cash only. Arctic Paws does not have access to a credit card machine on site. Arctic Paws Dog Carting - September through November. Cooler weather required. Carting: golf cart or a modified go-kart that is pulled by the dogs.
