You don’t have to board a plane and hop “across the pond” to enjoy some wonderful British-influenced beer. The Leaning Cask Brewing Company specializes in English brewing methods, including the production of a variety of traditional cask-conditioned ales, aka “Real Ale,” served straight from the cask. They even have three authentic English hand pumps and a beer engine to pump the beer straight from the casks in their basement brewery to your glass. They have several types of beer flowing from their 12 taps, including IPAs, ciders, stouts, golden ales, and imperials, as well as special seasonal brews. Their Sit. Stay., a New England Double IPA, is aggressively dry-hopped with Mosaic, Denali, and Cryo Simco, providing bold citrus, pineapple, and tropical fruit aromas.
