Hop Asylum Brewing is Nova Destinations’ fourth venture into the world of alcohol-infused libations, and they clearly know a thing or two about crafting wonderful, flavor-filled beverages. Sharing digs, a food menu, and a calendar filled with live entertainment with its sibling, Fractured Grape Wine Cellars, Hop Asylum has six of its finely crafted beers on tap including its Non Compos Mentis pale ale and One Floo Over The Owl's Nest IPA, as well as two taps serving cider from Knockin Noggin Cidery, another of its siblings.
