The Dancing Gnome Brewery and Taproom is the place to find perfectly brewed, hop-filled, hazy, juicy IPAs. Taking great pride in their unapologetically hop-pronounced brew styles, their rotating tap list features a fine selection of IPAs, DIPAs, and even a TIPA. For an intense hop experience, Dancing Gnome’s Paper Scissors triple IPA is an 11% ABV behemoth, saturated with Nelson, Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic hops, providing a mélange of fantastic flavors and aromas. For a less intense experience, their After Dark IPA is creamy smooth and lighter in stature, with ultra-low bitterness, but filled with flavor and huge honey, tropical, citrus character from the Vic Secret, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops.
