Coal Tipple Brewery’s finely crafted beers pay tribute to Washington County’s storied and rich history of coal mining and to the owner’s family, who worked the mines. Visit the brewery’s taproom to enjoy a glass of their signature Nippy Tipple English ale (a mild ale with just enough hop), The Pit Pony German wheat (with blueberry, orange, coriander and apricot tones), Fossil Fuel (an Irish pub stout that is dark and like "Texas Tea"), or another of Coal Tipple’s mine-themed beers—all on tap and brewed on-site.
