With a focus on adventurous ales, Butler Brew Works has a goal — to change the perception of just what a good beer is. Their taproom features four year-round, finely crafted brews on tap, including their Creekside Kölsch – a crisp and clean German-style ale (featuring low bitterness and mild fruity esters), the Soft Top New England IPA (with Comet, Lemondrop, and El Dorado hops), the pine and citrusy Pitfall American IPA, and La Noche Treste (a sweet milk stout).
