Located in one of Ambler’s venerable old Victorian houses dating from the late 1800s, Forest & Main’s small taproom and larger “The New Space” feature a wide and rotating selection of their beers on tap and “on cask.” Their Bird Conference saison is crafted from foraged yeast (foraged from actual growing plants), aged Hersbrucker, and fresh Opal, while their Santa Claussenii Brett Fermented IPA is hopped with Citra, Mandarina, Simcoe, and Chinook.
