As the nation’s third oldest, family-owned brewery still in operation with more than 150 years of brewing excellence under their belt, Straub Brewery clearly knows how to create great tasting beer. Best known for their German-American lagers and ales, they also handcraft several modern styles including IPAs and fruit-infused lagers – all on tap at the nearby Visitor Center and Tap Room where you’ll also find a delicious variety of locally sourced food. Visit the brewery for a tour and two free samples of Straub beer fresh from the keg at the “Eternal Tap” – a brewery tradition dating back to its founding in 1872.
