The Allegheny Reservoir, a 12,000 acre impoundment, spans the border between Pennsylvania and New York. In Pennsylvania, the reservoir is completely surrounded by the Allegheny National Forest. The reservoir is a fun family place for fishing, boating, swimming and so much more. The Allegheny Reservoir offers some of the best fishing opportunities in the eastern United States and is a great fishing destination for muskie and walleye.
