Weyerbacher Brewing has come a long way since its full-flavored, Belgian-style beer was first brewed three decades ago in an old livery stable in downtown Easton. Today its Merry Monks and Quad Belgian beers are brewed with the same care and attention to detail as in those first years, but in a 30,000-square-foot facility. Visit their South Side taproom to enjoy their delicious, elegantly dark Belgian brews on tap, along with ales, pilsners, stouts, witbiers, IPAs, and a selection of seasonal brews while enjoying food from local food trucks.
