The Blairsville Riverfront Trail, a part of the Trans Allegheny Trails network, is a 1.7-mile long scenic trail that follows the Conemaugh River around Blairsville. With the exception of a short rise at the West Market Street trailhead, the trail is virtually flat. The close proximity of the trail to the Conemaugh Dam make it subject to periodic flooding. Visitors can create a complete loop by traveling on low-traffic Blairsville Borough streets and enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping and lodging.
